Fire Sealing Electrical Box with Putty pad
Putty Pad is a moldable fire-rated putty material with intumescent properties. When exposed to flames or high temperature will prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases through openings in fire Rated walls and partitions. INCA Putty Pad is designed to protect electrical boxes or other penetrants with up to 2-hour fire resistance and is easy to install, reuse or retrofit.

Putty Pad is used to seal around metal outlet boxes to increase fire resistance and sound insulation.
